Service Description

Monthly subscription for virtual evening flow. Mondays and Thursdays 8:30 - 9 pm. A gentle way to end the day to help you center and ground, release negativity, and prepare for a restful sleep. Come stretch, breath, and meditate in a community. We gather for 30 minutes, and this is a great place to receive support and encouragement and move your body. Upon registration, you will receive a password-protected link. The password is changed every month.

Cancellation Policy

A cancelled session can be rescheduled. If you purchase a package and want to cancel it: - 60 days before the start date, we issue a full refund - 30 days before the start date, we issue 75% of refund - 15 days prior start - 50%. Any time after, no refunds will be issued. Exception: Single services and single coaching sessions
