These sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation, enhance physical well-being, and nurture your bond with your little one.

Committed Mama
For those committed mamas seeking the ultimate self-care, our Committed Mama membership is a perfect choice.
Priced at $165 per month, this comprehensive package offers THREE craniosacral fascia therapy (CFT) sessions for yourself and your baby.
Sessions will help you ensure the utmost care and attention to your well-being before and after birth.
As an additional perk, you can alternate a CFT session with a lifting. sculpting facial, hydrating facial (aka Face-Neck-Shoulders De-Stress). This treatment will melt away any tension and restore your radiance!
Exclusive to only 5 members, this membership is truly a sanctuary for the mind, body, and soul.
Wellness services are provided at Sacred Therapeutics and Root Yoga Center in Colorado Springs. If you travel or unable to come in, your unused services will roll over to another month, or you can generously gift a session or two to your loved ones.

Your membership will give you complimentary access to a 10-week cohort of workshops and Mom Support Groups that enrich your parenting and motherhood journey by providing invaluable guidance, insights, and community.
Delve into the joys of bonding with your baby through our Baby Music Workshop, explore the realms of pre and perinatal psychology in our Pregnancy Dialogue Workshop, or find solace and mindfulness in our Pregnancy Pauses, a gentle movement practice during pregnancy and postpartum.
Together with your baby, in the community of other moms, you are invited to discover the wonders of Montessori Baby, a parenting workshop that will help you cultivate mindful parenting style. And finally, unlock the secrets of nurturing touch with our Infant Massage classes.
We alternate weekly meetings between workshops and support groups, creating a well-rounded experience that caters to your unique needs.
These workshops are $35 each to non-members, however, as a member, they are included in your membership.
